My wife and I are first-time home buyers and the process isn’t a 1-day commitment. The particular home that we ended up purchasing, needed multiple inspectors as the property was almost 100 years old. All in we were looking and going back and forth with architects and well inspection experts, among others, for 4 weeks. Danielle and Michael were there with us every step of the way. They were exactly what we needed to feel safe and taken care of through this whole experience. If you are a home buyer and need a realtor with tons of experience, knowledge, and professionalism, you cannot find a better team. Let me say again, if you need a realtor, do yourself a favor and don’t consider this team. Choose this team! It will be the easiest decision you make along your home buying journey.
Danielle and Michael were amazing from beginning to end. Danielle was so great at sending us houses that fit our preferences and was very available for showings. If Danielle ever couldn't make it, Michael was able to come and he was also extremely helpful! There was awesome communication throughout the process. They were very responsive to all emails, calls, texts and always answered all our questions. When it came down to negotiate, Danielle was outstanding! She told us what was reasonable and worked hard to make a deal happen. Since this was our first house buying experience, we didn't know much, so they were there to make suggestions and recommendations throughout it all. Danielle even stayed in her car for 2 1/2 hours during our closing in case we had any questions. I could go on and on about what a great experience we had. I highly recommend Danielle and Michael!
Danielle Procopio is a skillful and professional agent. We loved working with her and will definitely be using her services in the future. Being a first-time home seller and not knowing much of the process, time, and energy it takes to sell your home was hard but Danielle made the process smooth and stress-free for us. She was able to sell our home in a very short period of time which saved us a lot of money. She always gave us good advice and feedback.
