If we could give 10 stars out of 5 we would. Danielle Procopio and Michael Lind could not have done a better job. Any questions we had (and there were a lot!) were all answered and then some. My wife and I are first-time home buyers and the process isn’t a 1-day commitment. The particular home that we ended up purchasing, needed multiple inspectors as the property was almost 100 years old. All in we were looking and going back and forth with architects and well inspection experts, among others, for 4 weeks. Danielle and Michael were there with us every step of the way. They were fanatical about being at every appointment and inspection even when they didn’t have to be so they could confirm we were taken care of. They guided us through the entire process and we could not have felt more comfortable. Even when it came to getting a home warranty when we dragged our feet they politely reminded us of what needed to get done with timelines. They were extremely responsive to us as well. They coordinated everything from working with the lender to the title company to our attorney. Even double-checking our attorney's comments and opinions to make sure they were correct! And by the way, almost every single person we needed professional services from was found, based on Danielle’s referrals. They were exactly what we needed to feel safe and taken care of through this whole experience. If you are a home buyer and need a realtor with tons of experience, knowledge, and professionalism, you cannot find a better team. Let me say again, if you need a realtor, do yourself a favor and don’t consider this team. Choose this team! It will be the easiest decision you make along your home buying journey.
